Minimum Guest Requirement:
Please note that certain activities may have a minimum number of guests required for the trip to operate. This is to ensure the optimal experience and safety of all participants. In the unlikely event that the minimum number of guests is not met, we will notify you promptly, and the trip will be canceled. In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund for the canceled activity.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Your safety is our top priority. In the event that weather conditions do not allow us to safely operate the trip, we will notify you of the cancellation. In such cases, you will also receive a 100% refund for the canceled activity.
Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellation 72 hours or more in advance: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the activity fee.
– Cancellation between 48 and 71 hours in advance: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the activity fee.
– Cancellation 48 hours or less in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity.
No-Show Policy:
For guests who do not show up for the scheduled activity without prior notice, no refund will be issued. However, if you have a medical emergency and can provide supporting documents or if you need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to contact us. We will do our best to work with you and find a suitable solution.
Complementary Transportation:
If complementary transportation is provided and you miss it or fail to arrive on time, no refund will be issued.
