This activity has a minimum number of guests required for it to operate. In the unlikely event that weather does not allow us to safely run this trip, you will be notified that it is cancelled, and you will be issued a 100% refund.

If you cancel:

• 72 hr+ in advance – 100% refund

• 48 to 71 hrs in advance – 50% refund

• 48 hrs or less – no refund

No refunds are issued for No-Shows. If you had a medical emergency with supporting documents or need to work with us to reschedule or cancel, please contact us. We try to work with guests as best as we can.
